Savings accounts pay little. Litigation funding is a dynamic asset class: we partner with the claimant’s solicitors so every pre-agreed disbursement is covered at each stage, and you share in the outcome when the claim succeeds.
- Learn first, free. Subscribers get the knowledge library: how funding works in England & Wales, how 3Pay’s model works and what to expect.
- Know your profile. You tell us your attitude to risk and how much you could commit for up to two years.
- Backed by experts. Claims are supported by barristers and legal experts and vetted before they reach you.

How returns work
Each claim moves through 15 litigation stages. A funder return rate is attached to each stage, from 75% at the start of a claim down to 5% at the Part 36 offer stage, reflecting the time and risk still ahead.
The rate in force when you sign your commitment is locked for that commitment. If the claim later moves to another stage, new co-funders receive the new rate and you are notified that yours is unchanged.
Typical claims run 12 to 24 months. Early settlements return capital plus the agreed return. Funding is non-recourse: if a claim fails, the funded costs may not be recovered.
Before you start
- You must be 18 or over.
- You need a UK or international mobile number for verification.
- You will sign an NDA: case documents are confidential and view-only.
- You should be comfortable with the risk of losing all capital committed.
Litigation funding is unregulated and high risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. This page is not financial advice or a financial promotion; take independent advice before committing capital.
