Founded in 2017, 3Pay Global provides strategic litigation funding of up to £3 million to claimants with strong cases but limited financial resources, and to the solicitors acting for them. We support individuals and businesses pursuing justice against well-resourced defendants such as corporations, insurers and negligent professionals.

3Pay Global is a platform where solicitors submit high-merit claims, claimants follow their progress, and verified co-funders commit capital to cover pre-agreed legal disbursements. Every claim is reviewed by our team before it is open for funding.

We exist to fund justice. We empower claimants who would otherwise be shut out of legal redress by lack of funds, and help well-prepared litigants use the legal system on equal terms.
